摘要: BACKGROUNDThe value of routine administration intravenous thrombolytic agents during percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) therapy acute myocardial infarction (MI) has not been determined. Therefore, we prospectively randomized 122 patients with evolving MI to PTCA or without adjunctive streptokinase therapy.METHODS AND RESULTSPatients ECG ST segment elevation who presented within 4 hours symptom onset, had no contraindication therapy, and were in cardiogenic shock enrolled. They treated immediately heparin (10,000 units) oral aspirin (325 mg) treatment placebo (1.5 M administered intravenously over 30 minutes.
