摘要: BACKGROUNDThe value of routine administration intravenous thrombolytic agents during percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) therapy acute myocardial infarction (MI) has not been determined. Therefore, we prospectively randomized 122 patients with evolving MI to PTCA or without adjunctive streptokinase therapy.METHODS AND RESULTSPatients ECG ST segment elevation who presented within 4 hours symptom onset, had no contraindication therapy, and were in cardiogenic shock enrolled.
