摘要: In the present study various product development trends in food industry are reviewed with main focus on convenience, organic and functional foods. Also highlighted differences between U.S. Europe terms of consumer habits supply trends. Through exploring reasons behind extent innovation, author illustrates different role convenience products have US European markets. revealed is relationship linking products, gluttony, obesity. USA a third generation has already appeared dual aim delivering health. Although consumption “philosophy†accepts importance greater emphasis placed natural origin, freshness traditional recipes.
