摘要: Abstract Since contaminated river-bed sediments in the Cam River-mouth (Vietnam) are regularly dredged and disposed on land, an understanding of influence time, pH oxidation leaching behavior heavy metals (Cd, Cu, Mn, Pb Zn) arsenic is necessary for management these materials. A 96 h stat -leaching test to examine elements at pre-set values (2, 4, 6, 8 (natural), 9 11) a BCR 3-step extraction clarify element fractionation, were performed freshly-collected wet suboxic sediment dry oxidized sediment. All display V-shaped pH-dependent pattern with important releases pHs 2 11. At investigated values, release As, Zn from slower lower if compared while opposite trend found Cd Cu 2–8. The transfer acid-soluble (exchangeable carbonate-bound) fraction reducible (Fe Mn hydr/oxide-bound) consistent leachability 2–8 4–8 after oxidation, oxidizable (organic matter sulfide-bound) relates higher all alkaline 9–11 due leached concentration organic Sulfides only play minor role controlling arsenic.
