摘要: The organization of carbon monoxide electrosorbed at various coverages on a Pt(111) single-crystal electrode has been studied by using ex situ characterization low-energy electron diffraction. Two CO structures, ({radical} 3 {times} 3) rect and c({radical} 5) rect, have identified for saturation partial coverage, respectively. A third structure, c(4 2), was observed after prolonged exposure coverage to the UHV environment.
