摘要: The computation of good and optimal handover decisions is a significant problem in heterogeneous network environment. This exacerbated when the goal to provide personalized services for mobile users as opposed generic device metrics such received signal strength. Personalized should not only consider strength, but also context information, user preferences, other non-functional requirements. In this paper, we propose novel autonomic management method satisfy end users' demands wireless networks. We define two objective evaluating specific access points: point acceptance value satisfaction value.
