摘要: Sediment samples with high spatial resolution (432 in total) and flow data were collected on the tidal flats mouth-bar region of Yangtze Estuary. The was July 2005, 2006 May 2007. analyzed a particle sizer, resulting sediment distribution. grain sizes related parameters analyzed. results presented ternary diagram. mainly consisted sand, silty sandy silt, sand-silt-clay, silt clayey silt. And sand skeletons clay matrices found. At Nanhui Shoal, could be identified as well. Furthermore, discussed per shoal. Although some depth dependencies found shoal, no general relation are follows: located at these Estuary composed median size relatively complex range from 2.5 φ to 8 φ. distributions sorting coefficients ranging 1 2 agreement sizes. It suggested that coarser better sorted or finer worse sorted. skewness distribution varied 0.1 0.8. In addition, coefficient Chongming Eastern Hengsha Shoal Jiuduan similar characteristics because there closely positive correlated relationships among parameters. However, due location difference between Southern values had large distinctions. tracks transport described based sediment, which might reveal controlled by two dominant hydrodynamic factors current wave. appreciable lower affected ebb action intense wave resulted rapidly dissipated energy. Moreover, effects obstructed branches, guided broken actions Deep Water Channel Project, grain-size sides groyne uneven characteristics.
