摘要: Summary Knowledge about the development of untreated actinic keratosis (AK) and risk progression into squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is important. Therefore, we set out to synthesize primary data on natural history AK. We carried a systematic literature search (Medline, Medline in Process, Embase, Cochrane) studies course AK, regarding (i) regression rates per lesion-year, (ii) changes total lesion counts over time, (iii) spontaneous field recurrence rates, taking account participants without immunosuppression skin cancer, immunosuppressed patients with cancer sunscreen use. Twenty-four eligible were identified providing at least one outcomes. Progression AK SCC ranged from 0% 0·075% up 0·53% prior nonmelanoma cancer. Rates single lesions between 15% 63% after 1 year. The available 1 year indicate rate 15–53%. Data relative change count time are heterogeneous, range −53% +99·1%. Spontaneous complete 21%, recurrences 57%. In general, limited. Important methodological limitations apply. Currently, no reliable estimates concerning frequency developing invasive can be given, further needed.
