摘要: Adult onset myasthenia gravis (MG) is associated with A1,B8,DR3 in Caucasians (1). Complement allotyping has shown that patients Al,B8,DR3 also have BfS,C4Q0,C4B1 indicating the susceptibility gene(s) are marked by this particular supratype. To date no clear supratype associations been described for any other racial groups. Weak between MG and Bw46 (2) DRw9 (3) reported Chinese. In an attempt to localize crucial genes MG, we compared typing of Chinese patients.
