Literature review: Does a common theoretical framework to implement food traceability exist?

摘要: The purpose of this study was to identify whether a common theoretical framework with respect implementation food traceability exists. literature review showed that no understanding the definitions and principles exists, nor is there sound traceability. When affects process in industry. With framework, all studies could have been more similar, processes goal-oriented efficient. Based on review, it clear an interdisciplinary research field, spans natural sciences as well social sciences. Further developments are needed.
