摘要: Cancer epigenetics plays an important role in the pathogenesis of many cancers including gastric cancer. Histone deacetylases (HDACs) emerge as exciting therapeutic targets for cancer treatment and prevention. In this study, we identified DTWD1 one 122 genes upregulated after trichostatin A (TSA) two cell lines. Moreover, was downregulated lines primary carcinoma tissues. It further new target p53. Then revealed that HDAC3 by disrupting interaction p53 with promoter. Furthermore, functioned a tumor suppressor downregulating cyclin B1 expression to inhibit proliferation. summary, gene, acted novel gene. Specific inhibitors might be approach activating expression.
