摘要: Reverse vaccinology has been very successful in the discovery of vaccine candidates against many pathogenic bacteria by integrating genome and proteome mining. This great achievement was facilitated complementarity silico prediction antigens empirical data on protein localization, expression, immunogenicity obtained through different techniques based electrophoresis, immunoblotting mass spectrometry. An iterative process between information provided DNA sequence analysis proteomic established leading to precise antigen identification. In this review, we report how identification surface exoproteomes Gram-positive pathogens have contributed selection candidates. Moreover, show quantitative spectrometry is now paving way for identifying protective that play key roles during infection represent most promising targets.
