摘要: This study evaluated the feasibility of performing coronary angioplasty through 6F diagnostic catheters by mainly using over-the-wire balloon systems on 84 lesions in 70 patients. Procedural variables, including vessel opacification and outcome, were assessed. Changes hematocrit after compaerd for versus 7F 8F systems. Successful dilatation was performed 72 (85.7%) 58 (82.9%) Seven 12 unable to be dilated with successfully larger French Coronary artery dilation less than optimal guidewire still catheter. procedures significantly (−2.1% vs −4.2%, respectively, p < 0.01) but not proc edures (−2.4%, = significant). Potential cost savings could significant. Thus which nontapered are used can safely procedural blood loss Significant problems encountered current catheter design poor difficulties retraction.
