摘要: Nano-structured iron(III)–titanium(IV) mixed oxide, Fe–O–Ti, was prepared by co-precipitation technique and characterized using Transmission Electron Microscopy, Fourier Transform Infra Red, Energy Dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, Thermal Analysis. The particle size of the material found to be 10–15 nm. sorptive potential nano-composite, for removal some lanthanide elements (including, Ce, Nd, Gd) assessed in this work. percent uptake 95.6%, 89.5, 81.9 Ce3+, Nd3+, Gd3+ ions, respectively. Three kinetic models, pseudo-first-order, pseudo-second-order, intra diffusion were tested. results indicated that pseudo-second-order model is more applicable sorption process. experimental equilibrium data tested Langmuir, Freundlich, Dubinin-Radushkevich (D-R) isotherm models; it well predicted Freundlich model. thermodynamic parameters calculated. indi...
