摘要: This study shows that specific microRNAs differentially regulated by ΔNp63α in cisplatin-sensitive and resistant squamous cell carcinoma (SSC) cells of larynx tongue affect the expression members necroptotic pathway CYLD, RIPK1, MLKL. Different degrees protein interaction between signaling intermediates were also observed SCC sensitive or to cisplatin. Modulation RIPK1 with miR-101-3p mimic inhibitor, as well siRNA, chemical inhibitors was shown sensitivity is first report showing modulatory effect ΔNp63α-responsive on tumor variably responding platinum chemotherapy.
