摘要: The applicability of the American College Rheumatology (ACR) 1990 and 2010 criteria for diagnosis fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) was determined in 284 patients with chronic widespread pain (CWP) including those regional systemic painful disorders. On basis initial evaluation, were classified into three groups. Group 1, without any comorbid disease (N = 105), group 2, having non-inflammatory disorders 104), 3, a an inflammatory rheumatic 75). Overall, 65 % fulfilled criteria, while 94 them criteria. Almost all (97 %) CWP did meet at least one set, regardless whether they have accompanying Widespread index (WPI), symptom severity scale (SS), impact questionnaire (FIQ) scores found to be significantly higher who satisfied than not (P < 0.001). Tender point counts correlated WPI, SS, FIQ, Beck depression inventory (BDI) findings study support suggestion that FMS is just continuum CWP, rather distinct diagnostic entity. As treatment usually identical strict will provide little or no significance from viewpoint clinical practice. We suggest future research should directed toward classification guidance clinicians selecting effective therapies.
