摘要: Abstract As current traffic growth is expected to strain capacity of today׳s metro network, novel content distribution architectures where contents are placed closer the users being investigated. In that regard, telecom operators can deploy datacenters (DCs) in areas, thus reducing impact between and DCs. this paper, a hierarchical architecture for cloud investigated: core DCs geographically distributed locations, interconnected through permanent “per provider” (CP) virtual network topologies (CP-VNT); additionally, need be with CP׳s data replicated CP-VNTs, while metro-to-core (M2C) anycast connections established periodically synchronization. Since failures might disconnect recovery mechanisms proposed reconnect both connections. Topology creation, provisioning, problems first formally stated modeled as Integer Linear Programs (ILP) heuristic algorithms proposed. Exhaustive simulation results show significant improvements supported restorability. Workflows implement within Applications-based Network Operations (ABNO) extensions PCEP Finally, experimentally validated UPC's SYNERGY test-bed running our ABNO-based iONE architecture.
