摘要: The plasmonic enhanced absorption for thin film solar cells with silver nanoparticles (NPs) deposited on top of the amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) and embedded inside active layer organic (OSCs) has been simulated analyzed. Obvious optical enhancement is obtained not only at vertical incidence but also oblique incidence. By properly adjusting period size NPs, an increased about 120% 140% a-Si:H OSCs, respectively.
