摘要: Structure-specific recognition protein 1 (SSRP1) has been considered as a potential biomarker, since aberrant high expression of SSRP1 detected in numerous malignant tumors. However, the correlation between level and glioma remains unclear. The present study attempted to investigate role pathogenesis glioma. In study, our data revealed that overexpression was tissues at both mRNA levels using quantitative real-time RT-PCR immunohistochemical analysis. We also demonstrated upregulated correlated with World Health Organization (WHO) grade knockdown by siRNA not only resulted inhibition cell proliferation, but significantly inhibited migration invasion. Mechanistic analyses depletion suppressed activity phosphorylation MAPK signaling pathway. conclusion, indicated regulated proliferation metastasis cells via
