摘要: Using 2-dimensional gel electrophoresis, we previously demonstrated that the S100C protein remarkably decreased after immortalization of normal human fibroblasts, and this caused growth inhibition tumor cells when forcibly expressed in these cells, suggesting plays a significant role suppression. The present study was carried out to determine what type tissues express protein, and, subsequently, whether content changes have been transformed into cancer cells. We found ductal various were positively stained with protein. In comparison, epithelial digestive organs such as stomach, small intestine, colon not strongly. When 14 pairs cancerous antibody, decreases staining levels observed 6 kinds tissues--from bronchus, mammary duct, renal tubule, prostate, uterus, testis--in comparison their counterparts. These results suggest is new marker expression which significantly malignant transformation tissues.
