摘要: Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS)/high impact polystyrene (HIPS) blend heterogeneous anion exchange membranes were prepared by phase inversion method using tetrahydrofuran as solvent and resin powder functional group agent. Activated carbon was selected inorganic filler additive. The additive concentration effect on properties of the studied. Ultrasonic used to help appropriate dispersion particles in membrane's matrix. Scanning optical microscopy showed that sonication has a significant influence distribution membrane matrix makes it possible form more uniform phase. Moreover, images relatively surface for membranes. increase activated casting solution led decline water content. ion capacity, potential, permselectivity, transport number, permeability, ionic flux, current efficiency all increased initially up 1% wt then they decrease trend with higher from 1 4% wt. Conversely, electrical resistance energy consumption opposite trends. In addition, loading, oxidative stability slightly decreased their thermal increased. Membrane loading exhibited electrochemical comparison other this research. Furthermore, suitable compared commercial same experimental conditions. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci,
