摘要: In the context of a school-based prevention conduct disorder program, 7,231 first- through fourth-grade children were screened for cross-setting disruptive behavior. Frequencies DSM-III-R psychiatric disorders and patterns comorbidity assessed. We also examined association diagnosis with child parent characteristics to determine differential risk based on diagnostic subgroups. Attention deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) oppositional-defiant (ODD) most frequent diagnoses. Mood anxiety infrequent as single Patterns demonstrated that both externalizing internalizing commonly cooccurred ADHD. More severe degrees psychopathology psychosocial accrued subgroup youths ADHD plus comorbid disorder.
