摘要: The role of forebrain noradrenaline in seizures induced by electrical stimulation the anterior neocortex (kindling) was investigated control rats and pretreated with bilateral injections 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) into mesencephalic trajectory dorsal tegmental noradrenergic bundle. Extensive depletion significantly facilitated rate development cortico-generalized seizures.
