摘要: Compensation of refocusing inefficiency in a gHMBC experiment by replacing the rectangular pi pulse with pair adiabatic pulses synchronized inversion sweep (CRISIS) significantly improves performance experiment. The CRISIS-gHMBC retains pure absorptive shapes F1 and hence results better lineshape higher resolution than current versions magnitude mode spectra. When used as broadband experiment, CRISIS-gHMBC, owing to efficiency pairs, gives improved across 13C spectral width. Moreover, it is shown that robust alternative when along IMPRESS (Improved Resolution using Symmetrically Shifted pulses) technique further increases sensitivity without additional experimental time. IMPRESS-CRISIS combination demonstrated for band-selective experiments. ICbs-gHMBC [IMPRESS-CRISIS-band-selective gHMBC] an attractive individual gHMBC.
