摘要: Rodent models are increasingly used to study refractive eye development and of errors; however, there is still some uncertainty regarding the accuracy optical rat mouse primarily due high variability in reported ocular parameters. In this work, we have systematically evaluated contribution various parameters, such as radii curvature surfaces, thicknesses components, indices media, using variational analysis a computational model rodent eye. Variational revealed that not all variation parameters has critical impact on status Variation depth vitreous chamber, thickness lens, radius anterior surface cornea, well for lens vitreous, appears largest error. The posterior surfaces cornea much smaller contributions state. These data provide framework further refinement suggest extra efforts should be directed towards increasing linear resolution biometry obtaining more accurate vitreous.
