摘要: The current work carried out to observe the preliminary responses at first hours of salt stress and investigate ability K + Ca 2+ as compatible inorganic solutes overcome Na injury. Seedlings broad bean ( Vicia faba , cv. Giza 40) were translocated water culture containing 100, 200, 300, 400 500 mM NaCl. flasks divided two main groups. under salinity only second group was treated with 5% KCl CaCl 2 . Plants harvested after 6 24 hour stress. After hours, shock stress, stressed plants lose their control upon absorption or exclusion. increased content sodium. Then sodium concentrations decreased greatly especially in roots. Leaves tended accumulate more than K/Na ratio gradually all plants. availability  in medium value on different organs accumulated
