摘要: To investigate the effects of Ca 2+ on cation accumulation and K + /Na selectivity, in this study, two-week-old rice (Oryza sativa L.) plants were exposed to 25 or 125 mmol/L NaCl with without 10 CaCl 2 . At low salinity (25 NaCl), significantly decreased Na roots, increased shoots, maintained higher ratios both roots shoots plants. high (125 however, did not have any , Further analysis showed that, at salinity, addition enhanced selective absorption transport ca pacity for over rice. Although efflux influx remarkably reduced by under salt stresses, their ratio was lowered only stress. In summary, these results suggest that could regulate homeostasis enhancing selectivity reducing efflux, lowering futile cycling
