摘要: The effect of the Na/Ca ratio in growth medium on response salt-sensitive crop species Oryza sativa L. to NaCl salinity was investigated. No effects or salt concentration shoot were found over a range ratios (5 25) considered likely be commonly encountered saline situations field, and even at extreme (100 500) there only marginal increases entry shoot. Increasing Ca wide did not, therefore, ameliorate rice seedlings. Polyethylene giycol low, osmotically negligible, concentrations reduced movement CI by 60 70% presence adequate (3.5 mol m−3) Ca. It is concluded that membranes roots respond weakly they are capable better permeability control than evoked ions. relevance this sensitivity discussed.
