摘要: To evaluate the relationship between serum levels of sialyl Lewis X-i antigen and lung metastasis in patients with non-small cell cancer (NSCLC), we measured level 299 untreated locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC. Before treatment, were significantly higher than those without metastatis (p = 0.0001). Of 201 at time primary diagnosis, 121 died July 1987 December 1995. Serum 21 who developed during period 100 did not develop 0.0171). Our results suggested that might be a good indicator for presence development metastasis, it provide clinical information about management
