摘要: In this paper the liquid phase heteroepitaxial growth of two-dimensional strained islands on nanomembranes is examined via an amplitude expansion a binary field crystal model. The maximum size that can grow to coherently shown be strongly dependent nanomembrane thickness and lesser extent flux rate. For large membrane-island misfit about 10%, were found able with membrane almost twice as those grown thick membranes (or infinite substrates). It was also when are growing both sides membrane, strain relaxation in leads more less favorable regions. thinner effect increases degree ordering islands, result consistent recent experimental findings.
