Chorionic plate vessels as an origin of amniotic fluid neutrophils.

摘要: The present study was conducted to investigate the potential anatomical source of amniotic fluid neutrophils. Microdissection neutrophils from chorioamnion fetal membranes and amnion chorionic plates 10 preterm placentas with acute chorioamnionitis performed genotypes were compared those mother fetus using polymerase chain reaction nine autosomal STR loci. In separate analyses, we reviewed eight cases autopsies increased for presence in alveoli, also analyzed relationship between white blood cell (WBC) count histological pattern placental inflammation. all found membrane matched (n = 10). plate mixed maternal origin (n = 4). autopsy series fetuses WBC (n = 8), only five showed alveolar space, while had chorioamnionitis. There no significant difference or without membranitis, among inflammation, inflammation a significantly higher than both membranitis-only (P < 0.001) membranitis funisitis (P < 0.05). These results imply that vasculature at is main neutrophils, especially funisitis.
