摘要: As a successively and locally plastic deformation process, backward ball spinning is applied in order to manufacture thin-walled tubular part with longitudinal inner ribs. Based on the experiments rigid-plastic finite element method (FEM), influence of size deformability ribs during investigated present study. The plays significant role not only critical factor determining magnitude force, but also has great surface finish spun part, steady flow metal material as well formability results have shown that increasing balls contributes too large leads poor dimensional accuracy inferior quality part.
