摘要: An effective RF-HPLC method was performed for the determination and purification of nonvolatile mixture phenolic acid flavonoids contents in Micromeria barbata ethanolic extract. The HPLC done on Ascentis RF-Amide at 25C using a diluted orthophosphoric aqueous (0.085%) (A) acetonitrile (B). A gradient elution conducted starting 85% ending with 15% after 60 minutes. Identification acids by comparing their retention times to those stock standard compounds. Aluminum chloride FolinCiocalteau spectrophotometry analysis used quantification. It found that extract inhibits DPPH radical an IC 50 (26.74?g/ml) which significantly less than BHT (91.40 ?g/ml).
