摘要: Environmental Impact Assessment is a decision tool employed in identifying and evaluating probable environmental consequences of certain proposed development actions. Assessment, since its establishment the second half 20th century, was strongly criticized for assessing only site-specific impact, insufficient consideration alternatives unclear methodology impact evaluation. However, on contrary, Life Cycle an analytical that evaluates effects product, process or activity throughout life cycle lifetime from extraction resources to production, consumption, recycling up final disposal.
