摘要: The objective was to compare functional outcome in patients with advanced head and neck cancer (HNC) treated (a) surgical resection reconstruction microvascular free flaps (MVFF) followed by radiochemotherapy versus (b) primary (RCT) on the basis of International Classification Functioning, Disability Health (ICF) from WHO. This a cross-sectional, multi-institutional study. measures included ICF Core Sets for HNC, EORTC-QLQ, modules c30 + hn35 University Washington-Quality life Questionnaire (UW-QOL). Analyses descriptive statistics, ranking exercises, regression analyses cumulative logit model; 27 were MVFF 22 RCT. Global Quality scores suggested slightly better approach. majority categories (81/93, 87%) did not show difference between two treatment approaches.
