摘要: Non-sebaceous lymphadenoma (NSL) is a rare, recently described, benign salivary gland tumor characterized by dense lymphoid infiltrate and absence of sebaceous differentiation. To our knowledge, only seven previous cases have been reported. In this paper, we describe an additional example NSL along with extensive analysis its keratin (CK) profile. The patient was 50-year-old woman presenting slowly growing painless mass in the right parotid gland. encapsulated measured 3 × 2 × 2 cm. Microscopically, comprised islands epithelial cells centrally located duct-like structures within stroma. Immunohistochemically, regularly expressed CKs 7, 8/18, 19, which are typical for columnar differentiation 17 5/6, most typically basal complex epithelia. CK14 rare scattered eventually groups cells. expression CK10/13, correlates squamous differentiation, negative. Additionally, immunostaining smooth muscle actin, vimentin, S-100 also performed. immunohistochemical findings neoplastic component case suggest “intercalated duct phenotype” without myoepithelial cell participation.
