摘要: We report an atypical case of non-sebaceous lymphadenoma (NSL) the parotid gland showing serous acinic cell differentiation. NSL is a rare benign salivary tumor with intermingled lymphoid and epithelial tissues without sebaceous Since first description designated by Auclair et al. as 'non-sebaceous lymphadenoma' in 1991, to our best knowledge, only 37 cases have been reported, no differentiation cells into lineage has described so far. In this paper, we present The patient was 78-year-old female complaint painless mass left gland. surgically resected encapsulated measured 13 × 9 9 mm. Histologically, had features NSL, unusual finding presence Dense cytoplasm packed basophilic granules those positive periodic acid Schiff reaction after diastase digestion (D-PAS), which compatible feature Possible component entity warranted avoid confusion diagnosis.
