摘要: An encapsulated tumor measuring 8 cm was removed from the parotid gland in a 42-year-old man. The had grown for about 5 years. histopathological and immunohistochemical evaluation revealed lymphadenoma without sebaceous differentiation of epithelial component. consisted exclusively solid islands lymphoid stroma with rare lymph follicles abundant predominantly IgG plasma cells. histogenesis lymphadenomas is discussed consideration differential diagnosis Warthin's data literature.
