摘要: Purpose: Evaluation of portoportal collateral vessels and associated biliary abnormalities in patients with cavernous transformation the portal vein by MRI. Material Methods: Review 34 MRI examinations performed on angiographically or MR-angiographically proven transformation. The analysis included pattern circulation system, such as wall thickening, stenosis, dilations irregularities extra-and intrahepatic bile ducts. Results: 23 (67.6%) had paracholedochal vessels, 22 (64.7%) showing visible luminal channels. Epicholedochal venous collaterals could be observed 8 (23.5%) patients. 24 (70.5%) demonstrated due to collaterals, leading stenosis dilatation proximal ducts ductal walls were irregular 7 (20.5%) patients, thickened 11 (32.3%). gallbladder was 4 (12.9%) Conclusion: Portoportal can identified These frequently alter which must considered differential diagnosis presence collaterals.
