摘要: Purpose: Evaluation of portoportal collateral vessels and associated biliary abnormalities in patients with cavernous transformation the portal vein by MRI. Material Methods: Review 34 MRI examinations performed on angiographically or MR-angiographically proven transformation. Results: 23 (67.6%) had paracholedochal vessels, 22 (64.7%) showing visible luminal channels.
