Portal biliopathy; multidetector CT (MDCT) imaging features

摘要: Abstract Aim of the work The aim this retrospective study is to highlight MDCT features portal biliopathy (PB). Patients This included 32 patients with extra-hepatic vein obstruction (EHPVO) and biliary dilatation. Their age ranged from 27 63 years, including 21 males 11 females. Methods had records complete clinical examination laboratory data, bilirubin levels. All were examined by multiphase good phase. Results Extra-hepatic dilatation without intra-hepatic seen in 5 (type I), 12 II) patients, unilateral predominant IIIA) 7 (4 right sided predominance 3 left predominance). Both extra bilateral 8 IIIB). Conclusion an excellent technique for diagnosis reducing errors diagnosis.
