摘要: Single-cell analyses have found increasing importance in biological investigation. Recent technical advances made it possible to perform chemical separations of cellular constituents at the level individual cell. In this chapter, a laser-based method for rapid sampling living cells analysis using capillary electrophoresis is described. The platform technology consists ultrasensitive laser-induced fluorescence detection mated with microscope integrated pulsed Nd:YAG laser. This provides flexible system development new single-cell biochemical assays variety intracellular enzymes.
