摘要: Spore-derived mycobionts of the lichen Graphis scripta var. serpentina and G. rikuzensis were cultivated on a malt-yeast extract medium supplemented with 10% sucrose their metabolites investigated. 3,3'-Dihydroxy-5,5'-dimethyldiphenyl ether was isolated from cultures serpentina, while new phenyl ether, rikuzenol, along two known diphenyl ethers, violaceol-I violaceol-II, those rikuzensis. The structure compound determined by spectroscopic methods. Violaceol-I chemically synthesized interconversion between violaceol-II proven.
