摘要: An insulated beer fridge stores and ages corked craft in a vertical orientation for period of several months to years without degrading the cork stopper used seal bottle. Cork shrinkage is prevented by controlling humidity within container range 50% 70% relative humidity. optimal aging temperature 10° C. (50° F.) 15.6° (60° maintained refrigeration system. Relative containment actively replenishment mechanism. A controller calculates amount water needed bring at temperature. Beers are stored on trays, which can be pulled removal aged addition new beer.
