摘要: A heat sink and method of manufacture is described. In the preferred embodiment, an array tubes are extruded from a block conductive metal, such as aluminum. series plugs or pins in first stage, reverse by tooling to form considerable varying length, integral with base plate. The tube closed ends punched so holes through plate which has groove crossing pattern aligned provide air convection flow path. may be assembled separate elements, channel member can also utilized passages extending each tube.
