摘要: Neurologic complications of monoclonal gammopaties are very divergent, since the alterations in central and peripheral nervous system, as well hemorrhagic changes amyloidosis belong to this group, similar symptoms hyperviscosity or palsy caused by vertebral fractures. Nevertheless, it is advisable distinguish a circumscribed field, which either consequence local lesions tumorous plasma cells due direct effect para-proteins. However, more thorough analysis these often fails between above mentioned alterations.
