摘要: An ookinete surface antigen Pbs21 of rodent malaria, Plasmodium berghei, was successfully produced in both cultured BmN4 cells as well the silkworm larvae using a baculovirus expression vector system Bombyx mori. The recombinant purified from larval hemolymph with an affinity column and used for immunization mice. Anti-native induced immunized mice transmission P. berghei to mosquito Anopheles stephensi strongly blocked these Immunoblotting analyses suggested that has structure close native is good candidate blocking vaccine malaria parasite.
