摘要: The results of an O.P.W. calculation on the conduction band structure KCl are reported. effective potential is so chosen as to be consistent with Howland's Cl - 3 p valence energy and wave function at gamma point. bottom found -0.9 eV point where mass 0.4 times free electron mass. atomic 4 s -like near each ion a larger amplitude ion. These seem in reasonable agreement recent experimental data.
