摘要: The realistic model introduced in the previous paper is used to discuss resonant states an imperfect cubic crystal; we consider resonances associated secondary extrema of band structure located at theX-points Brillouin zone. It shown that inter-valley impurity interaction splits threes states, nonequivalentX-minima into withГ1 andГ3 symmetries; similarly, ninep are split withГ4 andГ5 symmetry. lifetime these depends on density first identification theL-bands alkali halides with transitions such discussed, connection experimental results many authors.
