摘要: Express immunochromatographic test-strip assays were developed for detection of five plant viruses varying in shape and size virions: spherical carnation mottle virus, bean mild mosaic rodshaped tobacco filamentous potato X Y. Multimembrane composites (test strips) with immobilized polyclonal antibodies against colloidal gold-conjugated used the analysis. The test strips shown to enable both purified preparations leaf extracts infected plants a sensitivity from 0.08 0.5 μg/ml 10 min. may be express diagnostics virus diseases field conditions.
