The International Classification of Functioning, Disability Health (ICF) an important tool that can augment physical through providing a framework common language which to collect consistent reliable information appraise practice, facilitate communication across settings disciplines select or develop outcomes measures client-centred approach care. This paper provides outline ICF its use informs readers about WHO context for maintaining updating ICF.
