摘要: Drug residues in milk may have public health and technological implications. Thus, the aim of this work was to assess specific microbiological method for ewe (Eclipse 100 ® ) by means study ‘false positive’ results (specificity), effect preservative acidiol upon specificity calculation detection limits comparison with MRLs set out EU. Milk samples used were taken from 80 Manchega ewes every two weeks as 45 days post-partum until end lactation. The animals received no pharmacological treatment throughout Each sample divided into aliquots (with or without acidiol). From a total 508 analysed, obtained, although doubtful higher (8.9%) than preservative-free (0.6%). Eclipse calculated 27 antimicrobial agents. For each drug, eight concentrations tested on 24 (192 chemotherapeutics). determined logistic regression models 7 g/kg amoxycillin, 5g/kg penicillin ‘G’, 68 cloxacillin, 28 oxacillin, 86 cefadroxil, 115g/kg cephalexin, 110g/kg cefoperazone, 85g/kg cefuroxime, 3140g/kg gentamicin, 18700g/kg kanamycin, 9100g/kg neomycin, 10100g/kg streptomycin, 750g/kg erythromycin, 18100g/kg spiramycin, 230g/kg tylosin, 5100g/kg ciprofloxacin, 4000 enrofloxacin, 76200g/kg flumequine, 9500 norfofloxacin, 170 sulfadimethoxine, sulfamethazine, 370g/kg sulfanilamide, 250g/kg sulfathiazole, 1500 chlortetracycline, 260 doxycycline, 560g/kg oxytetracycline 480g/kg tetracycline. It be concluded that test did not present caused decrease method. is also suitable beta-lactam antibiotics, sulfadimethoxine their are similar EU-MRLs, whereas aminoglycosides, macrolides, tetracyclines quinolones EU-MRLs. © 2004 Elsevier B.V.
